Although you might not consider caviar a summer dish, there is one way we love eating it when the weather is hot.
Insturctions:
Take a cucumber slice, add a dollop of creme fraiche or sour cream, add a piece of smoked salmon and top with caviar. If you are feeling fancy, you can slice your cucumber with a mandoline and roll everything up like sushi, then top with caviar.
